I’m in my element identifying a customer need and helping an organization become a superhero by blowing the customer’s mind. It’s more than just meeting a need; it’s fulfilling the downstream needs they don’t even know they have yet. It’s great for referral marketing and it’s cheaper to keep your customers than find new ones.
